Our lamb is 100% grass fed and grass finished. We move the sheep across the landscape every couple of days so they can choose the diverse mix of plants that they want, which also benefits the soil life. Grass finished lamb is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids, CLA and antioxidants and is leaner than conventional lamb, making it a great choice for growing families, athletes and health-conscious folks.

Our chicken is raised on pasture and supplemented with organic grains grown and milled by family farms in Michigan. We believe plenty of sunshine, fresh air, bugs and room to roam make for the happiest and best tasting chicken, so we start our chicks outdoors the first week of life (compared to the 4th week for most pastured poultry, or never for conventional chicken…). This encourages them to be active and forage for diversity in their diets, leading to more complex flavor and better nutrition.
